This is a Super low bit rate MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 (ASP) video compressing encoder with 4 independent audio/video inputs and supports bot ASI and IP outputs. It has supported encoding resolutions: 720×576/544×576/480×576/352×576@50Hz (PAL) 720×480/544×480/480×480/352×480@50Hz (NTSC) It also supports VBR/CBR encoding, video encoding bit rate range of 1.0~7.0Mbps, combined working modes for various kinds of AV input TS stream and independent outputs of 1~4 stereo audio multiplexed TS with dynamic TS control of motion pictures (only applied to channel 3 and 4). Provides web-based remote management and control.
